Welcome to Cal33. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cal33 mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period after notice is provided. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Refund requests should be directed to the App Store or Google Play Store where the purchase was made, as they control the billing relationship.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@cal33.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Cal33 individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or contacting us at support@cal33.com.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
